Physician / Dermatology / California / Locum or Permanent / Dermatologist opening just NW of Los Angeles, CA - option for cosmetics Job

Seeking a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Dermatology Physicians to join team in their San Fernando Valley location. We are seeking a broad-spectrum Dermatologist comfortable with community level medical dermatology and dermatologic procedures, with the exception of Mohs. Dermatology hospital and after hours on-call volume is traditionally very low and is shared among the dermatology department.

Option for cosmetics, but not expected.

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a very competitive salary and full benefit package that includes medical/dental, life & disability insurance, and a very generous retirement plan. We also recognize the need to balance work and family life, so our fulltime physicians are only scheduled 4 days per week; and we also provide generous paid time off. In addition, in support of our goal to secure the long term strength of our organization, we offer our hardworking and clinically strong physicians the opportunity to become a shareholder of our group.

The salary range for this position is $480,000 to $520,000 depending on experience and training, and may include productivity, quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. There are allowances for the development of a cosmetic practice, though it is not expected.
