As a Construction Finance Coordinator you will play a crucial role in managing construction billing processes and ensuring smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction billing, experience with Notices to Owners (NTOs), and proficiency in Excel. Your professionalism, sharp organizational skills, and positive personality will be key in fitting seamlessly into our company culture. This is a temporary/contract role.

Job Description:
As a Construction Finance Coordinator you will play a crucial role in managing construction billing processes and ensuring smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction billing, experience with Notices to Owners (NTOs), and proficiency in Excel. Your professionalism, sharp organizational skills, and positive personality will be key in fitting seamlessly into our company culture. This is a temporary/contract role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Billing Management: Handle all aspects of construction billing, including preparing and processing invoices, and managing accounts receivable.
- Notices to Owners (NTOs): Ensure timely preparation and distribution of Notices to Owners in compliance with legal requirements.
- Lien Releases: Manage and process lien releases on properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support including data entry, document management, and communication with clients and vendors.
- Excel Proficiency: Utilize Excel to track and analyze billing data, generate reports, and support financial reconciliation.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in construction billing and administrative roles.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with lien releases and NTOs.
- Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy in all tasks.
- Personality: Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and the ability to integrate well into a team environment.
Additional Information:
- Training and Coverage: This role will begin with training in mid-September 2024 and will cover maternity leave through March 2025. There is potential for this position to become permanent.
