Job Description

  • The construction project manager will be responsible for all activities related to the construction projects including: procurement, submittals, creating and maintaining scheduling to ensure an on-time completion, and to work within the budget parameters
  • Be able to work on a variety of projects in different industry sectors
  • Being a team player
  • Be able to take the lead and run projects
  • Plan projects and lead a team of APM's
  • Support in troubleshooting the final deliverable after completion

The Successful Applicant

  • A bachelor degree preferably in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field
  • 5 years experience as an PM
  • Project experience needed within TI or healthcare
  • Outgoing and collaborative personality
  • Be able to work with clients and subcontractors
  • Have a history of goal setting and adhering to time lines and budgets
  • Have exemplary organisational skills
  • Be able to run divisions independently
  • Have estimating experience
  • Competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Prolog
  • History of project management work with established companies
