CK Group are recruiting for a Global Real Estate Projects Trainee, to join a leading biopharmaceutical company based at their site in Paddington, London on a hybrid basis.
Contract duration:

Rate:
£300-£350 per day

Global Real Estate Projects Trainee Role:
- Assist the Global Projects Director in planning, organizing, and executing global real estate, facilities, and workplace projects from inception to completion.
- Assist in coordinating with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and contractors to support timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Supports the Global Real Estate Projects Director to coordinate, submit and obtain approval of real estate business cases to secure accurate funding requirements in a timely manner.
- Supports the Global Real Estate Projects Director to manage the regional project services framework contracts.
- Attends meetings with business stakeholders to provide major project updates and expertise.
Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience or coursework in project management or real estate is a plus.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic and evolving industry.
