We are currently recruiting for a Client Relationship Managerto join our busy, growing team on a full time, permanent basis.

Role Overview:

The Relationship Manager holds a pivotal role within the company, tasked with overseeing a portfolio of customer contracts to grow revenue & profitability ensure compliance with company standards. Their main duties include input into the management of the P&L of their assigned contracts, identifying and capitalising on new revenue opportunities, and nurturing strong, ongoing relationships with clients. A crucial aspect of this role involves ensuring compliance throughout the entire contract lifecycle, from inception to performing. This entails not only maintaining adherence to contractual obligations but also proactively identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains. Effective communication is essential, as the Relationship Manager acts as the primary point of contact for clients, providing real-time responses and best in class service. Collaboration with various departments within the company is vital to ensure a holistic approach to contract delivery, encompassing active, passive, and electrical compliance solutions. Additionally, the Relationship Manager must be prepared to work closely with clients, even in remote settings, to maintain strong working partnerships and address any issues or concerns that may arise. Given the dynamic nature of managing multiple contracts, the Relationship Manager must adopt a tailored approach to each client to deliver best-in-class service and achieve exceptional results. This requires a combination of strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellence in customer service. Ultimately, the success of the Relationship Manager directly contributes to the overall success and growth of the company.

Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders of client(s).
Cultivate a partnership working ethos by collaborating closely with clients.
Provide exceptional customer service, managing the overall client relationship with key stakeholders.

Job Description
Maintain accurate contractual records and documentation, including contract correspondence,
customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, and status reports.
Ensure a high level of compliance, exceeding financial and commercial performance levels.
Meet all commercial forecasts and budgets for contracts, identifying opportunities for margin
enhancements.
Identify compliance-related gaps with clients and work towards resolution.
Drive commercial behavior by securing revenue commitments through planned and capital budget
spend to maximize growth opportunities.
Identify and promote cross-selling opportunities in alignment with the company's value proposition.
Proactively manage operational performance of contracts, soliciting feedback from back-office teams
including financial invoicing, dispute resolution, and supporting cash collection.
Highlight operational, financial, and commercial risks/issues in contract documents to the Line
Manager.
Monitor and oversee all aspects of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality management within the
area of responsibility.
Augment the company's status as the trusted partner of choice.

Qualifications and Skills:

Demonstrable successful track record of commercial Business growth. Key understanding of growth
opportunities within a market setting.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrate problem solving experience with a close relationship with risk management.

Working Environment:

This is a hybrid position that involves collaborating closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) while also
engaging with our experienced field engineers. Expect a dynamic work setting that combines office-based
coordination with on-site involvement. The role necessitates proactive interaction and liaison with
clients/customers, both remotely and in face-to-face meetings, to ensure effective communication and alignment
of objectives.
