LUMIFIL is looking to hire an extremely driven and creative individual who can help push the brand on all social media & digital platforms in the UK, and be part of our aggressive international growth strategy.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Creative Marketing & Branding Lead / Brand Manager at LUMIFIL® located in Warrington.

As the Marketing & Branding Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing of all the digital marketing strategies, managing brand identity, and overseeing public relations activities.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and market positioning.

Through creative design, trend-spotting, and a passion for aesthetics, you will have a keen awareness of commercial deliverables in relation to marketing.

You will work closely with the sales team to suggest & implement online promotions and brand awareness events.

You will work closely with the graphic design team and be responsible for delivering digital brand excellence on all social media platforms.

You will work with customer service to push consistent brand ethics and messages throughout all customer communications.

You will work with senior management to suggest and help create wider brand and sales growth strategies both in the UK and internationally.

You will be commercially and numerically sound and have an understanding of ROI and marketing / advertising spend in relation to sales.

You will work with the wider group of companies to help them with their branding activites.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, branding, or related field
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field
• Ideally a knowledge of aesthetics, medics, or cosmetic sales / products
