We have an exciting opportunity for aBar Personto join ourOrigin Kensingtonrestaurant on full time basis.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and possess expertise in preparing a variety of beverages. As a Bar Person, you will be responsible for maintaining the bar area, crafting delicious drinks, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Bartender Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages including cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, and other drinks according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the drink menu, including ingredients, origins, and recommended pairings, and be able to offer suggestions and recommendations to customers.
• Process payments accurately, handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, and maintain a balanced cash register.
• Adhere to all legal and company policies regarding alcoholic beverage service, including checking identification to verify legal drinking age and refusing service when necessary.
