Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: £25,000-£35,000, with performance-based incentives such as tiered commission structure up to 25%, international incentives for top performers


Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in business development and sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs through cold calling, networking, and relationship management. While experience in the healthcare sector is desirable, we welcome candidates from any industry background who demonstrate a keen ability to learn and adapt.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


  • Recruitment:
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to match client requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate placement and post-placement follow-up.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies.


  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on recruitment progress and market insights.
  • Negotiate terms of business and manage client contracts.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a recruitment consultant role or a strong sales/business development background.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to work.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and CRM systems.
