The Challenge:

• Own and evolve our core ML platform
• Lead a distributed dev team while staying hands-on (50% coding, 50% leadership)
• Drive the technical roadmap from concept to production
• Solve complex problems in a high-growth environment

Your Toolkit:

• 5+ years full-stack expertise, startup experience a plus
• Front-end mastery (Angular, React, or similar)
• Back-end prowess (Java, Python, or Node.JS)
• Familiarity with Glue42, MongoDB, and Windows OS
• Team leadership and scaling experience
