What youll do day-to-day:

• Manage the People Services inbox, responding to queries promptly and efficiently.
• Handle HR admin tasks such as processing new starters, leavers, contract changes, and offers of employment.
• Attend ER meetings, taking notes and offering expert HR advice alongside senior team members.
• Assist with thecoordination ofoffers of employment, ensuring all aspects are compliant with legislation and policies.
• Coach, guide and advise on people specific matters across the business.

What were looking for:

• CIPD qualification (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in an HR Advisor role or similar, with a solid grasp of HR practices.
• Able to demonstrate great levels of service and show a real passion for supporting people.
• Demonstrable knowledgeof employment law.
• Confident communication skills with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
• A good initiative and ability to find solutions for our Group employees.
• Someone who handles sensitive information with care and discretion.
