Coulter Elite Resourcing is currently looking for a Senior Project Designer to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients, a full-service provider of Design, Fit-Out, and Furniture for clients across the UK.

Principal Responsibilities for the Senior Project Designer:

• Lead client interactions and new business appointments alongside Account Managers.
• Develop comprehensive client briefs and user requirements to align with project goals.
• Create and present tailored concept designs that respond to the unique needs of each client.
• Coordinate with estimating teams to develop project budgets in line with design schemes.
• Generate high-quality design presentations and detailed construction drawing packages for project execution.

Person Specification:

• Proven experience in leading design projects and managing client relationships effectively.
• Strong creative skills with the ability to translate client needs into innovative design solutions.
• Expertise in developing project budgets and coordinating with multiple teams.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of delivering professional client-facing interactions.
• Proficiency in creating construction drawings and ensuring that all design aspects are accurately translated into actionable plans.

This is a full-time, permanent Senior Project Designer role based in the Windsor office, with client visits required.
