Managing Surveyor

Since its’ incorporation, Applebridge Utilities has gone from strength to strength and as part of their continued expansion they are looking for a Managing Surveyor to play a pivotal role in shaping their future success. You will be involved in:

• Leading teams to ensure project success - overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of contracts.
• Ensuring all commercial and contractual aspects of projects are effectively managed and controlled.
• Providing support and guidance on commercial issues - developing a culture of contractual awareness.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams - integrating surveying into overall project plans.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.

We are inviting applications from Managing Surveyors (or experienced Senior Surveyors ready for their next move) who have a genuine passion for delivering results. The successful candidate will be commercially astute with the ability to interact with and influence a wide range of people.
