Are you an Senior IT Project Manager interested in joining our biotech client that is leading the way in developing innovative CAR-T cell therapies for cancer treatment?

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support our market expansion efforts across the UK and EU. This role involves evaluating the current IT systems, assessing CRM and data needs, and providing strategic analysis to guide decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple workstreams, and experience working with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a thorough analysis of existing IT systems to determine their suitability for the UK and EU markets.
• Identify any gaps in the current systems and recommend necessary improvements or enhancements to support market expansion.
• Prepare detailed documentation and analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Evaluate the practicality of using paper-based systems versus digital systems based on data volumes and specific use cases.
• Assess the current CRM system to identify gaps and specific needs for the UK, EU, and other regions.
• Provide recommendations for system improvements or additional functionalities to better support regional market requirements.
• Support the assessment of data requirements for specific use cases, ensuring that data needs are fully understood and documented.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify data gaps and develop solutions to meet these needs.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in IT systems analysis, CRM assessment, and data management.
• Experience within the bio-pharma industry.
• Experience in market expansion projects is highly desirable.
• Ability to quickly grasp the scope of multiple workstreams within the market expansion effort.
• Capable of managing complex and dynamic environments with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and capable of effectively communicating findings and recommendations.
