Job Description
I am recruiting a Interim HR Business Partner for a Construction business based in Walsall. This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing the business operations, ensuring strong and effective relationships with stakeholders, and supporting our strategic goals.
This is a minimum 3 month contract with immediate start.
Key Responsibilities for the Interim HR Business Partner
- Work closely with various departments to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategies.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management in decision-making processes.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare and present reports on business performance, relationship management activities, and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Interim HR Business Partner Skills:
- CIPD Level 5 as a minimum
- Ideally 5 years of experience within a Retail or customer centric business
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
