Fire Safety/Surveyor - Cladding Project - Kent

My client based in Kent is looking to appoint a Surveyor to focus on a cladding project. The ideal candidate will be able to survey the districts properties (mainly flats, ranging from 11m up to 18m) and inspect whether the cladding is safe/unsafe.

• Undertake visual external wall systems survey of low to medium rise residential blocks in the district and profile the buildings in line with the relevant Fire Safety legislations.
• Undertake inspections on residential blocks with suspected combustible cladding to identify fire safety deficiencies, assess fire safety measures, recommend interim measures and remediation works.
• Responsible for the overall management of External Wall Systems (EWS) data.

Contract Length: 6 Months, may extend.
Rate: £negotiable DOE.
Working Pattern: Site Visits & Report Writing can be done from home.
