Surveyor

My client who are a local authority in the South East are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join their team for a 6 month initial term.

The role is based 3 days on district and 2 days from home.

Your primarily objective will be inspecting Private Rented Sector properties against the HHSRS - Housing Health and Safety Rating System.

There will be a big focus around Damp and Mould within these properties due to the project the Council are running.

To be considered for this role you will need:

- Some form of qualification within Building Surveying or Construction Management or something similar. Such as a BSC/HNC etc.

- Be HHSRS Qualified.

- Have significant experience as a Surveyor/Property Inspector working to identify hazards such as Damp & Mould.

Interviews are being held W/C 16.09.24 and therefore the role is for a fast turnaround.
