Location: London. 4-8 days per month onsite

A leading provider of enterprise data management and analysis software for the commodity and energy sectors is providing the opportunity for an Account Manager to join their Business Solutions team.

The Role:

As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for their clients, ensuring the client maximises the value of the software solutions. You’ll be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients within the commodity and energy sectors.
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client business challenges and helping them leverage the software to meet their goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Support, Sales) to ensure client satisfaction and effective solution delivery.
• Identify upsell opportunities and lead contract renewals, ensuring revenue growth.
• Provide product training and support to clients, ensuring they maximise their use of the platform.

About You:

• Experience in an Account Management or similar client-facing role within SaaS or technology.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a client-centric mindset.
• Proven ability to manage complex enterprise accounts, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
• Knowledge of the commodity and/or energy markets is a strong advantage, but not essential.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments, preferably within enterprise SaaS.
• Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.

This is a hybrid role 4-8 days a month into the office and will provide a salary up to £55-70k depending on experience.
