Housing Options Officer

Contract Length: 3 Months (Extension very likely)

Working Pattern: Hybrid (1 day in office per week)

Pay Rate: Negotiable

Location: South

Experience needed:

• Over 2 years’ experience in Local Authorities, using knowledge of HRA 2017, and other housing legislation.
• Experience investigating homeless enquiries to help prevent and relieve homelessness.
• Experienced offering assistance, advice, and solutions in housing.
• Successfully dealt with homelessness presentations in line with the Housing Act 1996 Part VII from initial presentation to Section 184 notifications and beyond.
• Ability to conduct Interviews and complete Client Visits.
