Senior Recruitment Consultant (180, candidate only)

Warrington

£25,000 - £30,000 + commission

Responsibilities

• Resource: source, screen and interview prep candidates for potential roles
• Job Qualification: Clarify job requirements with relevant Account Manager
• Process Management: Oversee recruitment process from start to finish
• Candidate Control: build strong working relationships with candidates
• Utilise Reporting Tools: Employ multiple reporting and analysis tools to measure and enhance performance
• Control Internal Processes: Maintain stringent control over internal processes to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and business development teams to ensure cohesive service delivery

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter, with billing history
• International recruitment experience beneficial
• Permanent Recruitment experience beneficial
• Experience working within the construction, manufacturing or engineering industry beneficial
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and business trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business tools
