Company Commercial Solicitor– This is the perfect opportunity for a junior Company Commercial Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career with a fantastic team. The firm have a great reputation and are a leading regional practice in the Southeast market, with offices in Kent, Surrey and London. They have asked us to find them a further member to join their London offices.
About the Role
Joining a highly experienced and successful team, you will be tasked with managing your own caseload as well as assisting senior lawyers on more complex matters. You will be delivering a comprehensive range of legal services to clients; that will include acquisitions & disposals of businesses, shareholder agreements, option agreements, joint ventures, commercial contracts, distribution agreements and general terms & conditions.
Candidate Requirements
They are interested in seeing the CV’s of NQ’s-2 years PQE solicitors who are competent individuals with a solid background in commercial matters, good business judgment and strong interpersonal skills. You will need to show strong financial and commercial awareness, recognise the importance and have the appetite for business development.
