THE ROLE
We're looking for an extremely well-organised and tech-savvy Bid Manager to support our management team in responding to tenders from councils, schools and education trusts. You'll work as part of a close-knit, supportive team to help secure contracts that will help us on our mission to bring our heathy school meals to as many children as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
We recruit at all levels from internal sales, sales executive, sales engineer, area sales manager, territory sales manager, business development manager, regional sales manager, national sales manager and sales director. Each candidate is interviewed during a thorough pre-screen process to ensure their needs are clarified and catered for.

- Utilise AI tools to draft and write compelling tender documents efficiently.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of bids.
- Coordinate the review and approval process for tender submissions.
- Analyse tender requirements and identify key areas for differentiation.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of tender opportunities and track bid progress.
- Proven experience in bid management or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use AI tools to assist in content creation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for social responsibility and a desire to make a positive impact.
- Competitive salary of up to £40,000.
