Insurance Administrator
Taunton, Somerset, TA2 6BJ – Office based

  • Full time, permanent
  • £24,960 per annum

Our client is a reputable firm with a team of experienced advisors who provide independent, whole-of-market insurance advice. With no lender ties, they diligently search the market to secure the best deals for their clients. Additionally, their in-house Protection team offers tailored insurance solutions, ensuring clients are adequately protected.

The Role

As an Insurance Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the mortgage and protection advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist advisors with daily administrative tasks
  • Process insurance applications and liaise with providers
  • Manage client files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Respond to customer queries via phone and email with a professional and friendly approach
  • Maintain an organised filing system for important client documents
  • Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
