The Role:

As the Head of Export Control, you will:

• Oversee compliance with UK, European, and US export control regulations.
• Lead and develop a team of export control specialists.
• Liaise with international trade and compliance teams across Europe.
• Engage with key stakeholders including ECJU, Ministry of Defence, and major defense companies.
• Drive the strategic vision of export control within the UK branch.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in Export Control/Compliance.
• Strong leadership and influencing management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of export licensing, internal audits, and ECJU regulations.
• Ability to build relationships with directors, business managers, and external partners.
• A strategic thinker who can drive change and bring a vision to the export control team.

What's in It for You?

• Salary: Circa £75,000 (depending on experience)
• Bonus: Up to 35.5% of base salary
• Pension: Employer and employee contributions up to 14%
• Dynamic Working: Hybrid working (2-3 days on-site per week)
