Residential Property Solicitor - Hampshire

A Hampshire based law firm are looking for an experienced residential property Solicitor to join their team. With a strong track record spanning over 30 years and recognition from The Legal 500, the firm continues to grow, attracting top talent and fostering lasting client relationships. It provides expert advice across a broad range of legal services and prides itself on creating a supportive and growth-oriented working environment for its employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the full conveyancing process, from instruction to completion.
• Overseeing a personal caseload.
• Assisting with post-completion tasks when required.
• Engaging in business development, including networking and introducing new clients and third parties.
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and maintaining CQS standards.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in residential property.
• Experience with lease extensions and in managing a small team
• Strong administrative, communication, and delegation skills.
• Ability to remain courteous under pressure and work effectively as part of a team.
