Aviation Insurance - 2-4 PQE - London

Our client is a leading international firm with a strong reputation in the markets in which it operates in both dispute resolution and advisory services.

Their Aviation liability team in London handles a high volume of claims from start to finish including pre-action injury claims, airline baggage claims and delay claims. They have extensive experience in supporting, advising and representing the aviation sector and its insurers, from private flying, through to global air carriers and product manufacturers.

Due to a consistent and increasing flow of instructions, they are now interested in speaking with candidates that have had prior Aviation experience in a law firm and of handling high volumes of insurance claims.

In order to be considered for this role you will have:

• Qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales and most likely gained 2-4 years' PQE (or CILEX equivalent), of relevant aviation insurance litigation experience, ideally within a law firm;
• Previous experience of handling a high volume of claims from start to finish - our client is looking for someone with proven ability to manage a complex, busy caseload; ;
• Strong organisational and communication skills;
• The ability to adopt a proactive approach and take initiative;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; and
• Previous client contact and attendance at business development events.
