Commercial Litigation Solicitor (0.5-3 years PQE) - Reading

A reputable law firm is seeking to expand its dispute resolution team in Reading. The team is well-regarded for its technical expertise, commercial approach, and high-quality legal work, regularly recognised by industry directories for its accomplishments.

Due to continued growth in client instructions, there is an opportunity for a solicitor with 0 - 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial litigation to join the team. The role will be based at the firm's Reading office.

Role Overview:

• Handling a diverse range of commercial disputes
• Managing individual cases and collaborating on larger team matters
• Encouraged to develop specialised expertise in specific areas or industries
• Supporting the promotion of the firm's services and reputation
• Contributing to the department's business development efforts

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in commercial litigation
• Strong technical and academic skills, with a solid understanding of litigation procedures
• Experience in property litigation is desirable but not essential
• Ability to work independently and within a team, with an interest in mentoring junior colleagues
• A proactive approach to building long-term client relationships
• Enthusiasm for business development
