Family Lawyer, London, 2-4 PQE

Further to attending a briefing with our client, we have been instructed on a new Family role with this West End firm, at the 2-4 PQE level.

The team deals with all areas of Family law, including divorce and separation, the breakdown of civil partnerships, cohabitation disputes, jurisdictional disputes and enforcement, pre and post nuptial agreements, freezing injunctions, appeals and applications to vary maintenance.

Work frequently involves high net worth individuals, ranging from major league CEOs and investment bankers, to sports stars and entertainers. The team specialises in complex financial matters, advising clients with regard to assets and trust structures, including locating hidden assets.
