Your key responsibilities:

• Support CFO of GEM and traders in various regions with reporting and analysis of performance
• Manage stakeholders and offshore team to deep dive into performance and explain financial metrics.
• Partner with business and other infrastructure groups on initiatives and measurement of progress
• Prepare budgets and tracks actual results against budget targets.
• Perform analysis of usage of financial resource for optimization and to measure return metrics on such resources
• Lead in re-engineering projects, including innovative self-improvement of processes and control procedures.
• Ensure control processes are in place around the financial planning & analysis matters.
• Observe regulatory and compliance requirements related to the products/business/bank.

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum of 5-7 years' experience working in a FPA related role in a major foreign investment bank background.
• Degree in Data Science, Accounting, Finance.
• Understanding of Basel rules
• Strong technical skills in one or more of Tableau, Alteryx, Python, BO query etc.
• Strong communication skills
• Project management skills to drive continuous improvement of processes and workflow.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
