Executive Assistant (Asset Management)

Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the senior management and business teams
- Support Finance team in expenses claims management
- Support CorpSec related administrative work
- Support HR team in managing key personnel’s documents, working permit,
- arrange interviews, and liaise with recruiters
- Event organization and logistics management for internal & external events
- Manage office equipment and supplies
- Office vendors management and coordination
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with global offices and teams
- Participate in, learn from, and contribute to diverse aspects of our business
- Project coordination & management cross regions & functions
Our Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree from reputable schools, ideally in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Management, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
- Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite and Teams ecosystem
- Impeccable organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- A passion for event organization
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Prior experience in the financial services industry, or accounting is a plus
- Experience and knowledge working with CorpSec provider is a plus

- Able to speak and write in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts
