Senior Financial Services Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership Development: Candidates with leadership potential will be groomed for the Financial Services Manager role.
• Team Expansion: Plan and execute recruitment activities to grow your team.
• Productivity Management: Train and monitor financial consultants to ensure unit profitability.
• Supervision and Oversight: Supervise, oversee, and set priorities for team members.
• Coaching and Guidance: Coach and guide your team to provide accurate and prompt services to clients.
• Client Relations: Maintain regular contact with existing clients and onboard new ones.
• Network Development: Develop your network and expand the client base.
• Financial Planning: Learn and implement new strategies to enhance clients’ financial portfolios through insurance, savings, and investment products.

Job Requirements:

• Eligibility: Singapore Citizens only, aged 24 and above (required by MAS).
• Experience: At least 3 years in the Financial Services Industry.
• Qualifications: Full certification in GCE A' Levels, Polytechnic Diplomas, or Degree holders (local certifications).
• Certifications: M5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, and HI certifications.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities, with experience in managing and leading a team of financial consultants.
