The Business Development Senior Consultant will be playing a critical role in developing business, growing accounts and ensuring customer value delivery.

How you would make a difference
- Provide end to end support and structure for identifying, building and monitoring the sales pipeline, and produce high quality materials (e.g. client pitches, proposals, account reviews) to support the AH consultative sales for the AH solution set (e.g. Provider Management, Smart Claims), and support all required contracting
- Strategic Account Management for key client accounts including tracking value delivery, potential growth opportunities and managing client relationships
- Build in-depth understanding of the Amplify Health product suite to enable relevant sales and client conversations; and also support a feedback loop into products based on client and market needs
- Work cross functionally across multiple teams such as product and operations to convert opportunities through the sales pipeline, and manage key accounts
- Support different governance forums within AH or with clients through preparation of reports on commercial KPIs, pipeline, overall account performance etc.
- Partner with AH marketing team to support product marketing collaterals and support external/ internal events
- Build and maintain relationships across key client stakeholders to keep up to date with client needs and impact of AH solutions
- Perform market research, understand and monitor the competitive landscape and provide benchmarking for AH Commercial/Product team.
Initial Financial and Non-Financial Measures:
- Revenue from deployment of AH products with in-scope markets
- Shared value from deployment of AH products
- On time delivery of AH solutions as per the engagement roadmaps
- Industrialization of AH best practice engagement and deployment across clients.
Internal Stakeholders
- Work across different functions in Amplify Health including the commercial team, product teams, marketing and operations teams
What you need to be successful
- Graduate Degree from reputable university
- Strong project management experience and skillset
- Organised and structured in written and verbal communication
- Responsive to business needs
- Creative and resourceful in applying consultative sales skills at multiple levels
- Strong work ethic, ideally from a consulting background with a demonstrable track record of value-added delivery and professional conduct and delivery
- Sophisticated written, visual and verbal communication skills, for internal and external delivery
- High degree of personal maturity and a natural capacity to self-reflect, learn, and develop
- Ability to handle change and navigate ambiguity
- Alignment with core values and vision of AH
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Experience in consulting and business development
- Experience in communicating with multiple stakeholders and managing complex projects / initiatives
- Minimum of 5-7 years' experience within insurance, with exposure to health and/or digital engagement and/or technology solutions and/or organisational transformation projects
- Ability to operate in multi-stakeholder environment managing potentially different expectations and needs
- Enthusiastic, open-minded and fast to learn
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- A good team player with "hands on" can do attitude
