Job Description

6-month non-convertible contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate preparation and quality control of periodic reports.
  • Coordinate internal data flow for timely, accurate report completion.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of SLAs, IMAs, and reporting guidelines for management metrics.
  • Build strong client relationships and promptly address queries.
  • Follow procedures, suggest improvements, and train new/existing staff on changes.
  • Keep the Team Manager informed about significant issues, including complaints and breaches.

Requirements:

  • Financial services experience in client reporting/administration.
  • Strong portfolio investment knowledge and performance calculation.
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office; Power Query/Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Effective time management to meet deadlines.
