Job Description
6-month non-convertible contract.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate preparation and quality control of periodic reports.
- Coordinate internal data flow for timely, accurate report completion.
- Maintain up-to-date records of SLAs, IMAs, and reporting guidelines for management metrics.
- Build strong client relationships and promptly address queries.
- Follow procedures, suggest improvements, and train new/existing staff on changes.
- Keep the Team Manager informed about significant issues, including complaints and breaches.
Requirements:
- Financial services experience in client reporting/administration.
- Strong portfolio investment knowledge and performance calculation.
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office; Power Query/Power BI experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Effective time management to meet deadlines.
