Job Description

Talent Solutions, part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence, is currently recruiting a Global Application &, Processes Specialist – IT Supply Chain This role will be responsible for supporting and optimizing the client global supply chain IT applications ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain IT processes, technical expertise in relevant applications, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across the globe. The Global Application &, Processes Specialist will work closely with the key stakeholders to gather customer requirements, translate them into clear requirements documents, write compelling business cases and proposals, and then deliver cost-effective solutions, tracking business feedbacks in order to build improvements into future solution requirements. MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Process design: Mapping of business processes and analysis of the impact of new processes or systems within the Company group Process modelling (as-is) and re-design (to-be) according to predefined goal(s) or changing driver Business operating model’ improvements identification in line with business objectives and priorities Benchmarking Support the Change Manager in projects with a great organizational impact such as operating model review and organizational design/ redesign Support the Business Key-Users and Process Owners managing the change, with all the related aspects Project Execution: Interact with Business Key-Users and Process Owners Gather and analyse business requirements Design the technical solution Lead or participate in multiple projects (draw project documentation, detail project scope, check priorities) Manage external providers Configure and Software implementation Support Post go-live Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive) Business Applications management: Business Applications lifecycle management (Maintenance &, Retirement included) Supervise the end-to-end integration process and related roadmaps Collaborate with strategic vendors and drive the contractual stages to set up the relationship JOB REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or Computer Science Fluency in English Professional experience: 3 years relevant professional experience in a comparable position in an international company with a complex structure or in a consulting company Previous experience in process design projects Experience in managing IT projects with particular focus on Supply Chain area Preferred experience on SAP APO, IBP or other SAP Planning &, Scheduling solutions and related integrations Preferred experience on SAP Production Planning (PP-PI) module Familiarity with other enterprise systems, such as ERP or WMS PMP certified (preferred) Additional knowledge: Experience in organizational design Teamwork oriented &, Goal-driven EXPECTED TRAVEL: 25 % vetrinabakeca
