Responsibilities
- Perform estimating functions during the preconstruction & construction process as directed by the Project Manager
- Assist in project schedule including changes/updates
- Assist with management of the budget, schedule, plans & specifications for assigned project
- Create and distribute minutes in ProCore
- Assist the Project Manager with managing the Potential Change Orders (PCO), Change Order Requests (COR)
Education & Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of Construction experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- OSHA10 certificate required
- OSHA30 certificate preferred
