Construction Superintendent - General Contractor

Based in Pennsylvania, we're a commercial GC that specializes in construction management, design-build and general contracting. Currently, we're looking for a Super to join our team and work on-site full-time.

More about us and this role:

• We are 100% commercial
• We service all nearby markets like Pittsburgh, Philladelphia, Baltimore, and the outskits of New York
• Our projects range fom $500k-$2M
• Report to our Project Manager and Director of Operations
• Work on a team of 6-7 Supers
• Launch directly from your home to job sites and come to the office as needed
• Manage anywhere from 10-70 field employees + subcontractors

What You Need for this Position

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in Commercial Construction
• Ability to interpret construction documents and related materials
• Must have the ability to read blueprints, function independently, and supervise subcontractors.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills
• OSHA 10/30 Certification
• Experience working with Microsoft Word, Outlook
• Valid driver's license in good standing
