Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Unload, carry, and stack materials, ensuring tools and equipment are placed properly on the job site.
- Remove construction debris and transport it to the dump site using the company work truck.
- Perform carpentry work, including accurate drywall repairs and installations.
- Learn and assist in the installation of structural stars in residential and commercial properties.
- Ensure all work adheres to Craft Pro Masonry Restoration's high standards of quality and safety.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in drywall framing, installation, and finishing.
- Skills:
- Proficient in measuring, cutting, and installing drywall pieces for repair.
- Skilled in sanding, sheetrock, spackling, taping, and matching existing paint to ceilings.
- Competent in using hand and power tools such as drills, saws, and screw guns.
- Knowledgeable in framing techniques for ceilings and partitions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to ensure ceilings are perfectly smooth with no noticeable imperfections.
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Must have a reliable vehicle for daily use.
