The Position: With a "One Team" mentality, manage and complete jobs according to the PuroClean Way and as per Work Orders provided by the Project Manager. Set up and establish efficient job flow, perform production work, and effectively document work activities using smart technologies. Follow and enforce all safety procedures on the job site. Communicate and establish relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential customers. Production costs are managed at the established rate in work orders. Communications to the Reconstruction Coordinator, Project Manager, and customer are timely. Work to ensure that the customer's needs are met in a kind and empathetic way. Responsibilities:

* Manage Customer Satisfaction and professionally represent the brand
* Effectively perform all aspects of the production processes
* Continued development of production skills and expertise
* Regular Vehicle and equipment maintenance and organization
* Follow all uniform and policy guidelines
* Always leave jobsites with a clean and orderly appearance
* Coach and train entry and journeyman level Construction Trade Specialists
* Ensure clear communication with office staff, leaders and fellow team members

Requirements:

* Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
* Must pass drug testing and background screening
* Organized self-starter
* Ability to work under pressure with a strong sense of professional urgency
* Have strong written and verbal communication skills
* Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and equipment to the highest standard

Qualifications:

* Willingness for continued learning and growth, ability to 'lead and coach' your teammates
* Attention to details in organization, cleanliness and care for facility, assets and equipment
* Aptitude with record keeping using smart technologies - recording information and communicating 'the message'
* Awareness and respect for safety, using care and caution with teammates and customers
* Strength with multitasking and handling deadlines, organizational and leadership skills
* Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and comfortable on your feet for prolonged periods of time
* Ability to be proficient in multiple trades including:
* Insulation installation
* Drywall patch & repair - match existing textures
* Paint
* Rough & Finish Carpentry
* Flooring Installation
* Laminate, vinyl, tile, carpet (the more, the better)





Compensation:

* Competitive pay, benefits and flexible hours - 4/10's work week option available.
* Compensation for a Construction Trades Specialist is base ($25-$30/hr) + monthly production bonus
