Construction Manager

Overview:

Our client, a renowned organization celebrated for its excellence in project execution and engineering, is seeking their next Construction Manager!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess customer needs and deliver energy-efficient solutions.
• Identify energy conservation measures, develop project scopes, calculate energy savings, and articulate the conceptual design for energy efficiency projects.
• Lead field operations, ensuring projects are completed to the owner's specifications, on time, and with an impeccable safety record.
• Manage daily work schedules and maintain thorough documentation of site activities through daily logs.
• Oversee all phases of construction on-site, coordinating with subcontractors, managing materials and equipment, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Experience Qualifications:

• Over 7 years of relevant industry experience.
• Ability to be on-site approximately 90% of the time, with 10% remote work.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related four-year science degree.
• Certifications such as PE, CEM, LEED AP, or PMP are advantageous but not required.
• Strong skills in relationship management, communication, and problem-solving.
