Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to fill the position of Senior Project Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and executing a variety of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project schedules, including resource allocation and critical path analysis
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that project objectives are clearly defined and met
  • Manage project budgets, including monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Ensure that all construction activities are performed in compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards
  • Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to team members and addressing any issues that arise
  • Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and other project-related records

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in the field of structural steel/steel construction
  • Experience managing various construction projects including commercial buildings, offices, hospitals/healthcare buildings, stadiums, or related
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail
