Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project schedules, including resource allocation and critical path analysis
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that project objectives are clearly defined and met
- Manage project budgets, including monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure that all construction activities are performed in compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards
- Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to team members and addressing any issues that arise
- Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and other project-related records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in the field of structural steel/steel construction
- Experience managing various construction projects including commercial buildings, offices, hospitals/healthcare buildings, stadiums, or related
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail
