Responsibilities
Location Kissimmee
* Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 Hourly (Based on experience)
* Shift: Full-time, hours will be Monday- Friday from 5:00am to 2:00pm shift
* Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation Pay and Paid Holidays

* Highly preferred someone who is mechanically able to repair light plumbing and small repairs.

Position Summary:
The Building Maintenance Technician maintains the cleanliness of the facility
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
* Bilingual Preferred
* Ensure cleanliness through continuous monitoring and cleaning of facility
* Empty and clean all trash barrels throughout the facility
* Wipe down walls quarterly
* Mop areas that cannot be reached with the scrubber equipment
* Report any problems with cleaning equipment or out of stock cleaning materials to management
* Assist management on assignments as requested
* Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
* 0 to 6 plus months general facility maintenance experience
* Ability to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions effectively
* Problem solving skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
Preferred Skills and Experience:
* Forklift and scrubber certification
* General knowledge of OSHA requirements in a warehouse environment
