Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a $2mil clubhouse remodel project. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the stakeholders involved. Other projects consist of Exterior remodels including repainting buildings and roofs, and reroofing buildings. We are getting into more and more Interior renovation projects as we grow, continuing to scoop up jobs to keep pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule
- Manage project resources and ensure projects are completed in accordance with company standards
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Regularly report on project progress and communicate with stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Superintendent/project management
- Knowledge of exterior work, painting, roofing, and other related construction work
- Experience with clubhouse remodels, tenant improvements, and renovations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and direct a team to achieve project success
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
