Job Description

• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to coordinate construction activities.
• Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to guide construction activities accurately.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction.
• Provide technical support to construction teams, offering solutions to technical challenges encountered on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily logs and progress reports.

The Successful Applicant

• 1-2 years of field construction experience
• Positive attitude and growth mindset
• Carpentry experience is a plus
• Degree in construction related field a plus
