Commercial Construction Superintendent - Superintendent

Position Overview:

The Commercial Construction Superintendent is responsible for supervising commercial construction projects from start to finish. They will plan and coordinate all construction activities, provide direction to project personnel, manage schedules, and ensure quality control. The Superintendent will also be responsible for evaluating progress, inspecting work, and ensuring the project is completed according to plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of construction projects
• Supervise and direct personnel on the job site
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures
• Oversee and manage project schedules and budgets
• Monitor progress and ensure quality control
• Resolve any issues that arise during construction
• Maintain excellent communication with project team and client

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent
• Knowledge of construction processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent attention to detail
