Job Description

• Manage daily operations at the construction site.
• Coordinate schedules for tasks, materials, and labor.
• Ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
• Monitor and control project expenses.
• Supervise construction crews and subcontractors.
• Resolve onsite issues promptly.
• Enforce safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate construction records.

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of superintendent experience
• Experience with commercial, ground-up builds
• Industrial experience a plus!
• Procore and MS office proficiency a plus!
