Job Description

Position Overview: The MEP Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects from inception through completion. This individual will provide technical guidance and oversee the project team, contractors, consultants, and vendors. The Project Manager will also be responsible for forecasting and managing project budgets and timelines, and ensuring projects are completed in a timely manner and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all aspects of MEP projects from inception through completion
  • Develop project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
  • Gather and review bids from vendors, contractors, and consultants
  • Negotiate and approve contracts
  • Establish and manage project timelines
  • Organize project meetings and track progress
  • Manage project risks and issues
  • Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and within budget

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in MEP project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction principles, methods, and materials
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • PMP Certification
  • Knowledge of design software
