They seek a Lead Superintendent with education experience to lead some of their highest-profile K-12 projects in and around the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.

Required Skills & Experience

• Background in building large ground-up commercial projects with an emphasis on K-12 schools.
• 5-10 years of construction-industry experience, working in field operations.
• A team-player with exceptional internal and external relationships.
• Fast-paced, forward-thinking planner that takes proactive steps to mitigate field issues and resolve outstanding items in a timely manner.
• Experience managing and mentoring others with a vested interest in their growth.
• Strong sequencing, scheduling, and safety skills.
• Proven background in managing subcontractor work quality and timelines to ensure the project meets strict standards.
