We are a rapidly growing diverse Construction company in the McPherson area. We are a multiple industry construction company serves the Kansas market in commercial, industrial, and civil. We are urgently looking to add an experienced Assistant Super, Foremen, and Superintendents to the team!

What You Will Be Doing
Dirtwork/Utility Superintendent:
- Lead a team of operators and craft personnel to do various dirtwork and site utility type projects from start to finish
- Foundation and Flatwork experience
- Familiar with Operators
Civil/ Concrete Foreman:
- Concrete foundation and flatwork lead persons
- Experience with (excavation, flat, and vertical form work, forming systems, concrete placement and finishing experience)
- Ability to lead crews of 5-25 effectively including (layout, time keeping, reporting, etc.)
Project Manager:
- Prepare preliminary and final design work for site development projects.
- Perform storm drainage, water and sewer calculations and reports.
- Put together complex construction drawings and details
- Oversee subcontractors
- Provide due diligence and feasibility studies
- Manage all aspects of project development from programming through construction administration
- Create and track project budgets, proposals, and schedules
- Manage client relations
What You Need for this Position
- 3+ years relevant industry experience
- Experience with excavation, flat and vertical work, forming systems, concrete placement, utilities and finishing
- Ability to manage crews of 5-25 effectively
- Civil/Industrial/Commercial Experience
- Bi-Lingual in English/Spanish (plus)
