Position Overview: We are looking to hire an experienced and knowledgeable Project Manager to oversee our construction projects, with a specialty in Commercial projects, Government/Federal projects, Industrial projects, Multifamily projects, or Healthcare facility projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage project budget, resources, timelines, and client expectations.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between departments and project teams.
• Document all project decisions, action items, and deliverables.
• Provide project status updates to stakeholders and management.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Perform quality assurance and manage change control.
• Resolve issues and conflicts that occur during the project.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Oversee the handoff of projects to the operations team.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in Commercial , Government, Industrial , Military, Multifamily, or Healthcare construction
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
