Project Manager - Restoration, Rebuild/overhaul, Construction

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential and multifamily construction, restoration, rebuild/overhaul, and project bidding/change orders. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to our clients satisfaction.

• Position Overview: The Project Manager is the primary point of contact and will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and approve project proposals and budgets.
  • Lead project teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our clients satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement project plans, procedures, and goals.
  • Negotiate contracts, change orders, and scope changes.
  • Organize and assign tasks to team members as needed.
  • Monitor the progress of projects and evaluate performance.
  • Work with vendors and subcontractors to manage the procurement process.
  • Resolve project issues and discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and building codes.
• Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in project management.
  • Extensive knowledge of residential and multifamily construction, restoration, rebuild/overhaul, and project bidding/change orders.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
