Job Description
ServiceMaster Restore is hiring a highly skilled Project Manager for our Construction Division!

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction restoration projects.
What you'll be doing - Job Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage client service schedules.
* Oversee and coordinate project production.
* Schedule and communicate with both in-house tradesmen and subcontractors.
* Maintain project records and track all billable events.
* Interface with adjusters and customers to address issues and provide updates.
* Ensure consistent, professional communication with all stakeholders.
* Prepare documentation and photos for insurance reimbursement.
* Build and maintain relationships with insurance adjusters.
* Keep projects on time and within budget.
What we're looking for - You'll be a great fit, if you:
* Communicate clearly and effectively.
* Are highly organized and detail-oriented.
* Are proficient with computers, cell phones, and adaptable to new software.
* Have a basic understanding of construction, building materials, and flooring.
* Have experience in the restoration industry and in writing estimates with Xactimate or similar software.
What we require of you - Must haves:
* Must be able to pass background and pre-employment drug screening
* Must have an Oregon Driver's License with a clean driving record
What you're looking for - Benefits & Perks:
* Starting Base Salary - $60,000-$66,000 per year depending on experience
